IN 9 MONTHS.
An established mid-market advisory firm in the Northeast - 300 employees, with over a decade in operation - experienced its first down year. Internal divisions were siloed. Leadership had lost visibility. The pipeline had stalled. And underneath the surface-level revenue issue was a deeper one: a service offering that no longer matched what the market was paying for, and an operation running on manual coordination across nearly every division.
We engaged as embedded fractional leadership. Under our Turnformation™ model, we realigned the team structure, rebuilt the sales strategy with a CRM-integrated KPI framework, conducted department-level cultural assessments, and reevaluated the firm’s service offering from the ground up, repositioning what the firm sold, how it sold it, and which engagements it walked away from.
